Sweet and Savory Crab Cake Noodles in Hanoi

Vietnam is famous for delicious and healthy food. Most of the food here is served with noodles, and these crab cakes are no exception! After wandered around an old town area of Hanoi, I ran into this tiny shop that sells various types of noodles. 

This Crab cake Noodle contains deep fried tofu, rice noodles, veggies and crab. What makes this bowl special? I would say the soup. The soup contain a secret ingredient, which is tomato. The umami taste of this soup makes the tiny piece of crab, chopped tomato, and fried red onions mix together. I will come back here again before I leave Hanoi and continue my food journey in Central Vietnam.
