We wanted to try something different from pho, so today we ordered a vermicelli dish which turned out to be very delicious. The dish had two options. You could order the noodles dry or as asoup. We chose soup, and it was delicious! I think the base soup is very similar to pho, but this noodle bowl used vermicelli instead of thick rice noodles.
They added boiled chicken, mushrooms, and veggies as the main ingredients. The soup had a delicious smell of fish sauce. It's great!
I might like this bowl even more than chicken pho. I'm not a big fan of pork pie, so I preferred this more than pho. It's very filling and healthy. The price is great and the shop is easy to find, and not so far from Haon Kiem Lake. The shop is also very clean. We have come here twice already, and probably will again! :)
