Another favorite dish of mine in Hanoi is this Vietnamese Chicken sticky rice dish. It can't go wrong with this combination! Super soft and sticky rice with sliced chicken on top, sprinkled with deep fried onion and veggies. They also serve it with a thick slice of pork pie and cucumber on the side. The rice is sprinkled with Maggi sauce (a salty and savory soy sauce). Sticky rice has the effect of a sleeping aid for me, so after belly filled up with sticky rice, I've gotta take a nap! zZzZ
You can find this dish on nearly every corner in Hanoi. I found this restaurant while I was wandering around St. Joseph's Cathedral.
