It's a little surprising to find such a wonderful hot chicken restaurant in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, but Fowlmouth delivers on their promise. This is known as the first and best hot chicken restaurant in the Thai capital!

Nashville hot chicken is a fiery dish that originated in Tennessee. As the name suggests, it is hot and spicy! The chicken is bathed in buttermilk, battered, and double-fried to give it an extremely crunchy exterior with a soft and juicy interior.

The Nashville hot chicken served at Fowlmouth is made in the traditional American style. When you order, you can choose how hot you want your chicken to be. One may choose buttermilk chicken (no spice at all), mild, medium hot, extra hot, and death. Extra hot and death-level hot chicken are made with Carolina Reaper peppers and are not for the faint of heart!

Menu

The food at Fowlmouth is expensive by Thailand standards, but you definitely get what you pay for. The signature hot chicken burger is 320 baht ($10), and the hot chicken and waffles are 275 baht. Each dish comes with a side (I recommend the curly fries) and a drink (I recommend the classic Arnold Palmer!).
