Stir-fried crispy pork with kale over rice is one of my all-time favorite Thai street food dishes! The dish is salty, savory, and very filling.

Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables you can eat, and this dish is built around it! While crispy pork belly might be a bit fatty, this is over all a very healthy Thai street food dish. The whole dish is stir-fried with Thai red chilies in a big wok with vegetable oil and served over a generous scoop of fresh Thai jasmine rice.

Location
You can find this dish throughout Thailand, but I ate it at Food Park, a food court on the second floor of Big C Extra Ladphrao (near Phahonyothin MRT Station and Union Mall).
