Cheesy, buttery, salty...
This traditional Thai street corn is a sweet, savory, salty, and delicious street food snack.

Corn is a popular street food snack in Thailand. I've stopped numerous times at a street food stall for a cob of fresh, hot, sweet corn or chewy "sticky corn" (a special type of corn in Thailand with a starchy and chewy kernel).

It's a lot like a corn cob with butter, but even better because each kernel is soaked in butter, milk, and cheese. It's messy, and you have to eat it with a spoon!
