Mhee Krob Radna Moo, or Crispy Noodles with Pork Gravy and Kale (ราดหน้าหมู)
at the Big C Food Court, Ladphrao, Bangkok, Thailand
Mhee Krob Radna is one of the very popular Thai dishes found at markets and local restaurants in Bangkok and the central region. It's an old-fashioned and traditional noodle dish made with crispy deep-fried egg noodles topped with a thick pork gravy and pieces of boiled Chinese kale.Mhee Krob Radna Moo, or Crispy Noodles with Pork Gravy and Kale |
Radna is a very filling dish. First, a bundle of noodles are deep-fried until they are golden-brown and crispy. The noodles are loaded up with sliced boiled pork, chopped Chinese kale, and a thick Thai-style pork gravy that is rich, savory, thick, and slightly salty.

Optionally, you can top the noodles with dried chili, sugar, or MSG as per your preference (I prefer chili, but you are encouraged to balance the flavors of the dish so that it tastes exactly how you like).

Location
You can find this dish throughout Thailand, but I ate it at Food Park, a food court on the second floor of Big C Extra Ladphrao (near Phahonyothin MRT Station and Union Mall). The restaurant has a menu posted in both Thai and English.
