Gingerbread Man Cold Brew

It's winter, which means that seasonal holiday foods and drinks abound!
I was in China Spring, Texas, a small town just outside of Waco, and stopped in at Reign Coffee Company to try their special gingerbread man cold brew.

I really enjoyed my coffee. The drink was made with Reign's in-house coffee brewed with the sweet and spiced flavors of Christmas. It really had a nice, smooth, mellow gingerbread flavor with hints of nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon.
I find that cold brew coffee can sometimes be a bit strong or bitter for me, but in my opinion, this coffee drink was just perfect! The milk added on top smoothed all of the flavors out to give it a nice balance.

Reign Coffee Company is located at 10214 China Spring Rd Suite 100, Waco, TX 76708. It's near Waco Regional Airport, making it a great place to get some coffee if you are flying in or out of the city.
