Pani Puri
by Homemade Kitchen & Cafe, Bangkok, Thailand
Pani puri is a traditional Indian snack made from small, hollow, crispy puris (round, hollow fried dough balls) filled with a mixture of sauce, tamarind chutney, spicy mashed potatoes, chickpeas, onions, and a blend of spices.
I visited Homemade Kitchen & Cafe, one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Bangkok, to order their famous pani puri.

A deep-fried crispy bread ball stuffed with potato, chickpea, and other spices. The balls are filled with a spicy and savory green sauce and eaten entirely in one bite.
The egg-shaped pani puri have an excellent chewy texture and super complex blend of rich, savory, tangy, and slightly spicy tastes and flavors.
